How would I use TEXT Up (if I had an iSomething)? Okay. Here it is: My husband HATES when I keep whispering my two cents to him regarding a conversation he's having on the phone with someone else. He feels the other person might hear and that's a problem because... I'm not sure why. I feel, however, that I have VALUABLE information to impart and do not wish to deprive him of my wisdom. Soooo, I would TEXT Up my important contribution to the conversation. This way there is NO WAY the other party can "overhear" my comment. Brilliant.

I might hold it up when I need to give my hubby a message while he is preaching so he will not stop what he is saying and say "What are you trying to tell me" Sometimes us preachers wives have to inform our hubbies of situations and try to be discreet about it.
This would help me.

ReplyDeleteWell, Im going to keep it short and simple. iPad is revolutionary compared to the iTouch, So how would i use TextUp? i would use the tripled screen size to show people i want a sandwich.
ReplyDeleteI would buy a whole bunch of iPad's and iPod Touch's (Heck of a lot of $$$!) and download this app on all of them and write different messages on them such as: Milez' Room, Rock n' Roll, The Beatles, Hendrix, Coca Cola. You know all the stuff i like :) Then i would all put them in glass cases and hand them up on shelves in my room. And at night time, i would turn the brightness down and make the text a different color so it looks all ambient! In your next update make an option where you can change the color of the Text! and then it can change the color by dissolving into the next color of your choice! Genius! :D

Although he can read and write, he can't communicate with my parents, who just do not find sign language that accessible. ReplyDeleteI would use Textup to talk to people who don't know sign language. I've been deaf since birth and although most of my friends and family learned sign language for my benefit it's still very hard to communicate to new people who don't know it. People usually don't respond well to a teenage girl holding out a pen and pad of paper to them to start up a conversation. Textup would just help me in everyday life, making new friends and communicating to people I need to "talk" to everyday.

This is a great way to encourage people to communicate with others. Through life we just touch or see people in our daily life, but with blogging and all the social network sites. we expand our ideas, feeling and opinions to others that we would normally wouldn't have.

ReplyDeleteI would use text up to write a song that would be the greatest song ever written. After I've written the song using text up, all the leaders of the world will hear it and stop waging wars with one another, and then come to an agreement that nuclear weapons be banned from earth. The the song will then be broadcast via satellite into space and an alien life form will hear it and be so intrigued by the shear beauty of the song, it will come to earth. When it arrives it will playback my beautiful song created with text up so loud everyone on planet earth will be able to hear it, bringing joy to all of humanity for one single moment. Then the alien will kill everyone on the planet and make me his servant, to play that one song I wrote on text up, whenever he commanded.
